The Board of Aldermen met in a special business meeting on April 20th, 2023 to review proposals to provide for curbside residential yard waste collection to Ashland residents. Salter Lawn Service of Ashland was awarded a contract for Fiscal Year 2024 to provide such a service. 

Salter Lawn Service will collect residential yard waste every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the year. 

Residents can schedule a collection by calling Salter Lawn Service at 573-657-2455. Residents must call no later than Monday to be picked up on Tuesday and no later than Wednesday to be picked up on Thursday. Calls received on the day of collection will be pushed to the next regular collection day.

Salter Lawn Service will start collecting residential yard waste the week of April 23rd with the first regular collection starting on Tuesday, April 25th.
