For all of you who participated in our focus group meetings meetings with our code consulting team back in January this year, your feedback on our existing code and changes needed have been the driving force behind the attached document which attempts to provide a high level summary of what was heard along with an outline of proposed changes, reorganization of the code, and schedule to complete the work. I have also attached a copy of a PowerPoint presentation that was delivered to the Ashland Board of Aldermen at their meeting on 4/6/21 that may be useful for you to review for additional information.
